FIRE REPORT REQUEST
If the Tiffin Fire Department was a responding agency, copies of the fire report are available upon request in person or in writing to parties involved in the incident or their designated insurance agent or legal representative.
- The requester will be required to provide date and location of the incident or Tiffin Fire Department incident number.
- No fax or phone requests will be accepted.
- Mailed requests require a self-addressed stamped envelope for return.
- Fee per incident report is $10.00.

Payment shall be received for services prior to distribution of the requested material.

credit card payment in-person at Tiffin City Hall. (Credit Card payment adds additional 2.5% fee for processing)
