RECORDS REQUESTS

(HARD COPY)
  • If you would like a copy of a record (other than an incident report), the fee is $0.10 per page.
  •  We will bill you $35/hour for the time it will take us compile information and process. 
  • The request can be made in person or mailed with payment and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
(DIGITIAL COPY)
  • If you would like a copy of a record (other than an incident report), the fee is $35/hour for the time it will take us compile information and process. 
  • Cost of USB /current technology to record and save requested information.
  • The request can be made in person or mailed with payment and a self-addressed stamped envelope. 
PAYMENT
Payment shall be received for services prior to distribution of the requested material.  
Payment by check made out to the Tiffin Fire Department
or
credit card payment in-person at Tiffin City Hall.  (Credit Card payment adds additional 2.5% fee for processing)
